Summer Discos
Posted: 17th July 2024On Wednesday, 17th July 2024, Little Parndon Primary Academy was buzzing with excitement as we hosted our highly anticipated Summer Disco, organized by our wonderful Parent Teacher Association (PTA). The event took place on the school field, transforming it into a lively party venue that all our students enjoyed.
KS1 Disco
The festivities kicked off in the afternoon with our Key Stage 1 (KS1) students. The children danced and played to their favorite tunes during school hours, enjoying a special treat of sweets, crisps, and drinks. The highlight for many was the face painting station, where our talented PTA volunteers turned excited faces into colorful masterpieces. The laughter and smiles on the children's faces were a testament to the fun they had.
KS2 Disco
Later in the day, from 3:15 to 4:30, it was the turn of our Key Stage 2 (KS2) students to take to the dance floor. The older students continued the celebration with the same enthusiasm, enjoying snacks, drinks, and face painting. The school field was filled with vibrant energy as the children danced and celebrated the end of the school year with their friends and teachers.
A Memorable Event
The Summer Disco was a resounding success, thanks to the hard work and dedication of our PTA and staff. It provided a wonderful opportunity for our students to unwind, have fun, and create lasting memories. A big thank you to everyone who contributed to making this event so special, especially our PTA for their organization and effort.
