Year 4 experienced an exciting visit from a Spanish instructor from the BMAT Trust. The students played charades, acting out months of the year and responding with the month's name in Spanish. The kids thoroughly enjoyed this activity!

Hazel in Year 2 has received a Blue Peter badge for creating a piece of art work for a story. After reading the story Hazel drew all the characters for the band. Birch class are very proud of Hazel and her achievement.

Exciting New Climbing Frame for Our KS1 Playground!

Over the half-term break, a fantastic new climbing frame was installed in our KS1 playground—much to the surprise and delight of our children!

Pupils arrived back at school to discover the brand-new equipment, which has already become a favourite playtime spot. The climbing frame provides opportunities for children to develop their strength, balance, and coordination, all while having fun and staying active.

Headteacher Mr. Wildig said:
"It was wonderful to see the children's faces light up when they saw the new climbing frame for the first time. Play is such an important part of learning, and this new addition will help our pupils develop important physical and social skills while having fun with their friends."

The climbing frame was installed as part of our commitment to enhancing outdoor play and creating exciting opportunities for active learning. We look forward to seeing our children climbing, exploring, and enjoying their new playground equipment for years to come!

Parents and carers are welcome to take a look at the new climbing frame during drop-off and pick-up times. We hope the children continue to enjoy their exciting new play area!
