Little Parndon Choir Shines at Young Voices at the O2!
Posted: 20th January 2025Our school choir had an unforgettable experience this week as they took part in the Young Voices 2025 concert at the O2 Arena in London!
Young Voices is the largest children’s choir event in the world, bringing together thousands of pupils from across the country for a spectacular evening of singing, music, and celebration. After months of rehearsals, our choir took to the stage alongside professional musicians, dancers, and special guest artists, performing to a packed-out arena of family, friends, and music lovers.
Miss Wakelin said:
"It was an incredible experience for our children to perform on such a huge stage. They have worked so hard in rehearsals, and to see their enthusiasm, confidence, and love of music shine through on the night was truly special. We are so proud of them!"
For many of our pupils, this was their first time performing at such a prestigious venue, and they embraced the challenge with energy, passion, and huge smiles. The atmosphere was electric as they sang alongside thousands of other children, creating a powerful and inspiring sound that filled the O2 Arena.
A huge thank you to our choir leaders, staff, and parents who supported the children throughout the journey. Their dedication made this experience possible, and we can’t wait to take part again next year!
